Location: Simbach am Inn
Flour: Grain, flour and bran
In 1884 the water mill of the Priemeier family was founded on the Antersdorfer Bach. In 2017, the old building was largely destroyed by a flood. This was the reason for the construction of a completely new production location in the adjacent Simbach am Inn. TSC was allowed to deliver a completely new silo building here. 78 cells with a total volume of 12,500 m3 for the storage of biological raw materials.
Although the reason for the project of Antersdorfer Mühle is less pleasant, it has been seized as a great opportunity to prepare for the future! We have contributed to preparing the Antersdorfer Mühle for further growth in biological flours and other biological foods. About 35 years ago they completely switched to biologic flours, a precursor is his profession. The new factory is of impressive size and was great to see being built.
Procedure The regulations of the industry, the properties of the material, the geographical conditions of the construction site, the weather conditions in the region… we leave nothing to chance. We therefore work according to the TSC roadmap. This way, we work efficiently and do not overlook any detail. A solid approach for a solid result.
