For RBAG Badbergen-Dinklage, at the Badbergen site, we delivered a square silo block for the bulk loading of trucks. This type of silo block is typically characterized in Western Europe by having many, though relatively small, silo cells—and this one is no exception. In total, the 28 silo cells provide a capacity of approximately 1,050 m³. The varying sizes of the cells—36, 55, and 27 m³, respectively—ensure the flexibility needed to enable fast loading times.
Once the assembly was completed, a state-of-the-art 29-meter-long loading lane stood in place. And it was at a significant height, too; the concrete base beneath the silo—the actual “lane”—is as tall as the entire steel structure, including the silos.
This square silo construction is now a valuable link in RBAG’s logistics chain. Thanks to its scale and intelligent design, trucks can be loaded quickly and efficiently, with minimal waiting time and maximum throughput.
This silo block in Badbergen is a prime example of the technical expertise and quality standards of TSC Silos. Capacity, flexibility, and reliability come together here in one robust installation. As project manager, I look back on the result with pride.
Procedure The regulations of the industry, the properties of the material, the geographical conditions of the construction site, the weather conditions in the region… we leave nothing to chance. We therefore work according to the TSC roadmap. This way, we work efficiently and do not overlook any detail. A solid approach for a solid result.
