Project details
In San Buenaventura in western Honduras, TSC delivered the storage cells for Inversiones Avicolas de Honduras S.A. (Inavih for short) for the newly built poultry feed plant. The delivery consisted of a dosing block and a finished product block. In which TSC supplied the supporting steel structure, hoppers, smooth walls and bin roof. In addition, TSC performed part of the engineering of the intermediate steel construction. This allowed the best possible integration and connecting of the containerised feedmill with our silo structures. Over the entire project, this provides a nice savings in the steel needed.

For Inversiones Avicolas de Honduras S.A. in San Buenaventura, we were allowed to deliver two beautiful silo blocks. The blocks were part of a containerized poultry feed plant. Our additional added value was in integrating the loads of the intermediate steel structures into our constructions.

4 Detailed engineeringThe new silo plant is now being designed down to the smallest detail and worked out in workshop drawings. All details are discussed together. Resulr: After your approval, we will start production.

5 ScheduleReliability is our most important pillar. Our construction planning is therefore well thought out. We take into account the transport route and its obstacles, the (often challenging) situation at the construction site and the local capacity. Result: final planning with delivery date.

6 AssemblyLed by a TSC supervisor, our experienced assembly team gets to work. We keep in regular contact about the progress in the meantime. With knowledge of local regulations and the right permits, we work safely and competently. Result: A carefully constructed new silo ready for use!
