Bauck Mühle is one of the most modern bio-factories in Europe. The roots of this family business are in agriculture but they have since grown into a leading factory for all kinds of bio products. From various flours to breakfast cereals and ready-to-use baking mixes. The products are available at a large number of German supermarkets, and Bauck Mühle also has a shop at the factory and its own webshop.
As TSC, we had the honour of participating in the construction of the new factory. A modern state-of-the-art factory and one of the leading biological mills in Europe. The construction of the plant went extremely well, although this did require the necessary coordination before and during the process. The plant is largely concrete construction, with our silos erected simultaneously with the concrete. Proper coordination between our assembly team and the concrete constructor was crucial.

The biggest challenge during this assembly was working simultaneously with the concrete builder. This required precise coordination and cooperation. In the end, the installation went smoothly with a great end result. This enabled us to contribute to one of Europe's most modern bio-factories.

Procedure The regulations of the industry, the properties of the material, the geographical conditions of the construction site, the weather conditions in the region… we leave nothing to chance. 4 Detailed engineeringThe new silo plant is now being designed down to the smallest detail and worked out in workshop drawings. All details are discussed together. Resulr: After your approval, we will start production.

5 ScheduleReliability is our most important pillar. Our construction planning is therefore well thought out. We take into account the transport route and its obstacles, the (often challenging) situation at the construction site and the local capacity. Result: final planning with delivery date.

6 AssemblyLed by a TSC supervisor, our experienced assembly team gets to work. We keep in regular contact about the progress in the meantime. With knowledge of local regulations and the right permits, we work safely and competently. Result: A carefully constructed new silo ready for use!

7 Completion and evaluationEvery completion is a moment of celebration. We are happy to evaluate the project together. Of course, because we want to see our work in action, but also to learn from practical experience and fine-tune details where necessary. Result: a long-term partnership.
