It is with great pleasure that we unveil our now-patented Bolt hopper, a safer and time-saving advancement in square silo constructions! This unique design seamlessly integrates the hopper with the structural column, securely bolted together 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, all while maintaining the structural and bespoke advantages of the square silo system.

No need to weld on-site comes with a lot of advantages:

• Preserves paint integrity inside the bin, as there are no weld spats.
• No heat-affected zones in the steel.
• No hot work permits are needed.
