Patent Co. is a producer of a sophisticated and high-value range of products, that are being exported to over 25 countries throughout the world. The productportfolio consists amongst others compound feed, premixes and minerals, protein concentrates and other high-value feed additives. To be able to export to so many different countries, each country with its own set of requirements and preferences, from a limited number of production facilities requires a highly flexibel production process.

A simple choice

The choice for modular, square silos was therefore a simple one: it enables Patent Co. to produce on a compact surface, maintaining the flexibility and guaranteeing a high quality production process, all in one integrated building. In total, TSC installs 90 bins for the dosing of raw materials, storage of minerals and press meal and bulk outloading. The combined capacity of these four silo blocks will be more than 7.500 m3.
