Bin roof

Our silos are executed with a perfectly fitting bin roof. The bin roof provides a safe and hygienic working environment. We provide the cell deck with the necessary preparations for, for example, product inlets, filters, and full detectors. Always according to the wishes of the customer in terms of size and position. Each cell is also provided with a dust-tight man hatch for entering the cell. The man hatch is standard equipped with recessed hinges, an anti-fall grid, and a solid closing system.

When determining the strength of the bin roof, the function is taken into account. Does it only serve the accessibility of the bins or will there be machines placed. These are important indicators for us. If required, we can provide the cell deck with handrails, so that the cell deck can be entered safely. We can also provide stairs to reach the bin roof. This can be an external stair tower or a cage ladder.
